Dear fellow travelers,

Another happy New Year, we didn't dissolve in 2012, we are still here, stronger than ever! For me I am here to be a better friend, to all.

I went to a beautiful interfaith World Meditation Peace Service yesterday morning. And one of the prayers that were read was the Christian Prayer of St Francis

Lord, make me an instrument of your peace.

Where there is hatred..let me sow love

Where there is injury...pardon

Where there is doubt..faith

Where there is despair...hope

Where there is darkness...light

Where there is sadness..joy

Grant that I may not so much seek to be consoled...as to console

To be understood...as to understand

To be loved...as to love

For it is giving ...than we receive

It is in pardoning, that we are pardoned,

And it is in dying...that we are born to eternal life.

Has to me so much meaning.

Have a great life today and in the coming days, and remember today is a brand new day!

We have choice!
